Please ensure all original packaging and certificates of authenticity are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry items you wish to return.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton to prevent any damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
